Keys\' Beachside Resort to Become Marriott Property

Key West's Beachside Resort & Conference Center just announced that it will become the Key West Marriott Beachside Hotel on December 15.

"This partnership presents a tremendous opportunity for Beachside and Key West's tourism industry," said Robert Spottswood, president of hotel developer Spottswood Companies. "The Marriott flag designates Beachside as a hotel with an internationally recognizable brand that guests associate with exceptional hospitality, service, and accommodations."

Situated on seven waterfront acres along the Gulf of Mexico, the 222-room hotel has 9,653 square feet of meeting and event space including the largest ballroom in Key West, two onsite restaurants, private rooftop sundecks, and waterfront pool and lounge areas.
