Epic, downtown Miami's newest boutique waterfront hotel, opened today with 411 rooms and suites as well as more than 11,000 square feet of indoor meeting space including a 4,200-square-foot ballroom, two 380-square-foot boardrooms for 12, and two larger meeting rooms with 3,500 total square feet.
In addition, the property has a multitude of unconventional event space such the modern Mediterranean-style restaurant, waterfront lounge, private marina, and the nearly 14,00-square-foot wraparound pool deck on the 16th floor overlooking Biscayne Bay and Miami skyline .
