Event Solutions IdeaFactory wrapped on August 23 with the presentation of its Spotlight Awards at the Gusman Center for the Performing Arts. Planners and vendors from across the industry were brought together to honor one another and their achievements over the past year. The Florida winners were:

Organizational Planner of the Year: Kelly Rowell of the Martin Memorial Foundation (Stuart)
Robert Bottoms Stage Set Design: Galaxy Productions (Ft. Lauderdale)
Catering Company of the Year: Puff 'n Stuff Catering LLC (Orlando)Following the awards ceremony, guests headed across the street to the historic Alfred I. Dupont Building for a cocktail reception and dinner catered by Touch Catering. Designs by Sean lavishly decorated both the main and reception halls of the Dupont Building with an Asian-inspired theme. During the event, Soul Survivors performed a variety of classic hits evoking the spirit and style of the original artists as guests enjoyed tasty bites of ceviche, beef tenderloin, and other delicacies including a selection of desserts available.
