Compliments of artesian pastry chef Franck Monnier, (previously of the Four Seasons) comes L'Atelier Gourmet. Opened in October, this Miami sweets outpost serves up treats like fresh jams, chocolates, macaroons, frozen cakes and more using the freshest seasonal fruit and no preservatives or colorants. As all products are custom-made two days for both pick-up and delivery, which is complimentary with every $100 purchase, are required.
