As an event planner, you probably have dealt with any number of catastrophic nightmare scenarios. Will the client hate the decor? Will enough people show up? Will there be too little or too much food? For one firm during this year’s Fashion Week, the nightmare became quite real when their caterer failed to report for duty and there was no food at their event.
Just Off 7th Ave!, a public relations firm with a focus on emerging fashion design talent, was in a bind! They needed to provide an exceptional and healthy meal for 30 guests attending an event taking place in Astoria, Queens, and had less than three hours to do it. Luckily, co-owners Ayeshah Lockwood and Athena Mennis had a backup plan. They contacted local caterer America's Burgers and Wraps to save the day.
Without a moment to spare, America's Burgers and Wraps, located in Manhattan, delivered a full-catered lunch, from veggie burgers and wraps to salads and pasta dishes. Everything was delivered efficiently and on time. To the guests, the event was delivered successfully and as planned. Ayeshah and Athena were also delighted with the guests’ response to the quality and fresh ingredients of the food.
America's Burgers and Wraps has long been a favorite among event planners during Fashion Week. It provides delicious and efficient catering options and has proven it can succeed with last-minute notice.
