He showed his work as part of last year's prestigious Whitney Biennial in New York, and beginning Thursday, Matthew Monahan's first solo museum exhibition comes to the Museum of Contemporary Art. More than a decade of his sculptures and drawings—crafted from materials like beeswax, floral foam, and glitter—will be on display.
