A forty minute drive from Washington, Baltimore got a new meeting destination with the opening of the Four Seasons earlier this month. Located in the burgeoning Harbor East area, the 256-room property is a short distance from the Baltimore/Washington International Airport and Baltimore Convention Center. The hotel also has 20,000 square feet of on-site meeting space, the majority of which overlooks Inner Harbor.
There are two ballrooms on the second floor, seating 240 and 400 people each or hosting 300 and 700 for receptions. The Grand Ballroom, the larger of the two spaces, has its own private prefunction space and balconies.
For smaller meetings or breakout sessions, there are six function rooms and a boardroom down the hall seating 18 to as many as 100 people. The fourth floor has an additional five salon areas for groups of 60 or fewer.
Acclaimed chef and restaurateur Michael Mina helms the 156-seat restaurant Wit and Wisdom, which has a private dining room for 24 and a sommelier table for 12. Also on site is Japanese eatery Pabu, which will be able to accommodate 136 people seated upon its opening in February. The Bar and Lobby lounge also serves light bites and has seating for 64.
Other amenities include a 2,000-square-foot fitness center, a pool overlooking the harbor and marina, and a 10,200-square-foot spa with 11 treatment rooms. The hotel can also arrange off-site activities like horseback riding, kayaking, sailing, golf, and water sports.
