For a quick way to throw a design-forward dinner party or in-office event, San Francisco-based Table & Teaspoon rents tabletop decor nationwide. Select one of six settings, all with linens, flatware, glassware, menu cards, and more, and the order will be delivered two days before an event. Packages cost $24 per setting; the company can accommodate as many as 20 settings for an event.

For the parents, even the cocktails were on-theme.

"The dessert table is always very important to us," explained event producer Clarissa Rezende. The oversize station tied into the theme with yellow flowers and candy and duck-shaped desserts.

One cute dessert at the station was designed to resemble rubber ducks taking a bath.

At another dessert table, rain boots and the book "Splish Splash Baby" served as on-theme props.

The young attendees could create oversize bubbles at one station; other activities included a duck-painting station.

For party favors, each child received a gift basket made from a small bathtub. Inside was a rubber duck bath kit. Adults received rubber duck tea cups and tea infusers.

For a dinner Rollins hosted in honor of Oscar de la Renta that benefited Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, the hostess covered a long dining table with burlap and linen and topped it with simple arrangements of dahlias and wheatgrass. Fruitwood Chiavari chairs complemented the garden setting.

Goop, which had partnered with the children’s movie Despicable Me 3, threw an afternoon lemonade stand-theme party on August 6 in Amagansett. The tabletop decor was inspired by a classic Hamptons farm stand with fresh strawberries and blueberries. Minion dolls were scattered throughout.

Strongbow also created its own version of bingo to play during viewing parties.
