One of the popular foods at Nickelodeon's Toy Fair Upfront party was the mashed potato martini. Servers from the Catering Company scooped spoonfuls of mashed potatoes into plastic martini glasses and topped it off with either a wild mushroom or ratatouille topping that could be garnished with kalamata olives, grated parmesan or grilled leek toppings.
