If dinner in the main dining room won’t do, here’s where to take a group for private dining…
With a View
Opened in March, Terzetto at the M Resort provides upscale dining in an atmosphere defined by striking views and clean lines. Watch the action at the marble chef's table or go casual at the Oyster Bar. A private dining area seats 16 while the terrace seats 68. For full buyouts, the restaurant seats 144.
For Wine Lovers
Wine expert Rino Armeni opened Pips Cucina & Wine Bar in October 2008. Nestled inside Aliante Station, Pips serves authentic Italian food in a modern setting. Pair the meal with a selection from the extensive wine collection. Two private dining rooms seat a combined 60, while the restaurant, available for full buyout, seats 150.
For French Flavors
Following a $2 million renovation, Andre's at the Monte Carlo reopened in January. The vast wine and drink menu complements French contemporary cuisine. Andre's has three private salons that seat eight to 42 diners. Guests may also relax after dinner in the indoor cigar lounge. The space is also available for full buyout.
