Take a peek at these buzz-worthy restaurants, hotels, meeting and event spaces, and more recently opened in Las Vegas.

Here's a closer look at Las Vegas's newest eateries, drinking spots, hotels, conference areas, private rooms, and other spaces available for events this spring. The new and renovated Las Vegas venues are available for corporate parties, weddings, fundraisers, outdoor functions, business dinners, team-building activities, conferences, meetings, and more.

A note regarding COVID-19: Some of the venues listed here may not yet be available for hosting events due to the pandemic, or they may be operating at a lower capacity.

Carversteak
Carversteak
Carversteak opened at Resorts World Las Vegas over New Year’s Eve weekend. The steakhouse seats 331 guests for a full buyout and also features a collection of customizable group and private dining spaces. Options include the 364-square-foot Knife Shop, which integrates a curated collection of blades into its design and seats 14 people. The Whiskey Room also holds 14 or can be combined with The Knife Shop to hold 28. For larger events, a 3,500-square-foot terrace offers sweeping views of the Las Vegas Strip, and the intimate outdoor Garden Bar seats 34 guests. Meanwhile, a secluded private dining room holds 66. Each of Carversteak’s private rooms offers a 65-inch LCD display; for restaurant buyouts, a 30-foot LED screen that stretches from the lounge to the main dining room can display company branding, art, and other visuals.

LIFTOFF at AREA15
LIFTOFF at AREA15
Art, entertainment, and event venue AREA15 opened LIFTOFF in February. The panoramic skyline experience, manufactured by balloon flight company Aerophile, allows guests to climb into a 16-seat gondola that rises 130 feet in the air, offering panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip during a 10-minute ride. Before boarding, riders can choose from a selection of beer, wine, and cocktails, as well as alcohol-free options, from the LIFTOFF Lounge, a full-service bar and event space located at the base of the triple-helix tower. The open-air lounge can be booked for corporate events, private parties, weddings, and other events.

The Count Room Live at Flamingo Las Vegas
The Count Room Live at Flamingo Las Vegas
The Count Room Live at Flamingo Las Vegas, a new speakeasy inside Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse, opened in February. The space, an intimate bar tucked past the steakhouse's dining room, aims to transport guests back to the “Old Vegas” era with vintage decor and “Prohibition Pop,” a mix of swing and funky jazz music performed by The Moonshiners. In addition to craft cocktails and small plates, the speakeasy offers a “build-your-own Old Fashioned” beverage cart, where guests choose a spirit, citrus, syrup, and bitters for an interactive presentation from a skilled mixologist. Overall, Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse spans more than 11,000 square feet and has three private dining rooms that seat 24 guests each or 60 when combined.

The English Hotel
The English Hotel
In February, celebrity chef Todd English and global entrepreneur Keith Burkard announced the formation of their new joint venture: EHG, The English Hospitality Group. The group will oversee dozens of restaurants, hotels, nightlife venues, and more around the world, including the new English Hotel chain, which launched in March in Las Vegas. The English Hotel, located in the Las Vegas Arts District, has 74 rooms along with The Pepper Club, a sushi fusion concept with Mediterranean and Japanese influences. The event-friendly restaurant has an eye-catching central bar, along with an outdoor terrace. Other highlights at the 21-and-up hotel include an outdoor lounge, in-room cocktail carts, and a secluded pool.

Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace
Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace
In January, Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace debuted 182 redesigned guest rooms and suites after completing a multimillion-dollar refresh. The location, the world’s first Nobu hotel, now has a more modern look that draws inspiration from kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold epoxy. Highlights include custom sofas with a dozen different patchwork upholsteries, along with new custom carpeting and coffee tables. Other refreshed spaces include the redesigned guest corridors that evoke a pond of koi fish, along with new lobby carpet that depicts monumental slabs of marble and agate surrounded by gold veining, with pops of gray, rust, and blue. The luxury hotel is located within Caesars Palace, which offers 300,000 square feet of meeting space—including the 51,000-square-foot, pillar-less Octavius and Forum ballrooms that each accommodate as many as 5,555 guests, and the 4,100-seat Colosseum boasting one of the world’s largest LED screens.

Vanderpump à Paris
Vanderpump à Paris
Restaurateur and television star Lisa Vanderpump and her husband, Ken Todd, opened their 36th venue—and second in Las Vegas—in March. Located at the Paris Las Vegas resort, Vanderpump à Paris is an Instagrammer’s paradise, with lush, moody decor evoking an old Parisian courtyard. The restaurant, which seats a total of 200 people in various seating areas, features a long, white marble bar, crystal chandeliers, and plush velvet art nouveau banquettes adorned with ornately embellished pillows. Another fun design touch? The back of the bar displays massive windows that overlook depictions of the Eiffel Tower and the Seine River, with water streaming down the glass to evoke a rainy Parisian day. The eclectic cocktail menu has offerings like the LoveLocked cocktail for two, with one glass featuring a padlock and the other featuring a key. Couples can write their initials on the back of their padlock and lock it onto a wall in the restaurant, a nod to the famous Pont des Arts bridge in Paris.

The Ski Lodge at Superfrico
The Ski Lodge at Superfrico
The Ski Lodge is a unique space located within Superfrico, an Italian restaurant and event venue located within The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Open since September, the intimate 500-square-foot space seats 38 or holds 100 for receptions, and there are an additional 11 seats at the bar. The vibe is part-cozy-cabin, part-ritzy, member’s-only cocktail club, which was inspired by its founder’s favorite après-ski stop in Niseko, Hokkaido. The kitschy 1970s decor includes an oversize fireplace and a faux window that depicts falling snow. There’s a cocktail menu designed by Leo Robitschek, and guests can order food from the Superfrico kitchen.
