9 New Venues in Las Vegas for Summer 2024 Meetings and Events

Take a peek at these trending restaurants, resorts, meeting and event spaces, and more recently opened in Las Vegas.

Here's a closer look at Las Vegas' newest eateries, drinking spots, hotels, conference areas, private rooms, and other spaces available for events this summer. The new and renovated Las Vegas venues are available for corporate parties, weddings, fundraisers, outdoor functions, business dinners, team-building activities, conferences, meetings, and more.

Mandalay Bay Convention Center
Mandalay Bay Convention Center
Mandalay Bay Convention Center completed a $100-million refresh in May. The 2.1 million-square-foot convention center—the fifth largest in the U.S.—has seen significant technology upgrades, including 11 new dynamic digital walls designed for brand placements, sponsorship opportunities, and targeted event messaging throughout the day. There are also refillable water stations around the property. The convention center also received a modern design refresh, with bold floral patterns featuring cerulean and coral tones that are accentuated by warm walnut accent walls. Plus, as part of MGM Resorts' commitment to providing a platform for diverse and underrepresented artists, the remodeled convention space features new works by Thandiwe Muriu and Sarah Anne Johnson, among others.

Electric Playhouse
Electric Playhouse
Open since June is Electric Playhouse, a new 10,000-square-foot social gaming destination inside The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. The space merges the digital and physical worlds through dozens of motion-activated games and experiences, with walls and floors that respond to players’ actions through proprietary body-mapping technology and motion sensors. As guests move, the walls, floors, and tables react to their actions in a variety of ways, enhanced by 360-degree projection mapping that fully immerses guests in interactive games and dining experiences. There are seven different areas of physically and mentally stimulating games for solo players, pairs, and groups as large as 40 people; there are also three private party rooms and a 900-square-foot patio. The entire space can be bought out for as many as 250 guests. Later this year, the destination will launch a full-service bar to serve guests 21 and over—and this summer plans to introduce themed fine dining experiences with curated menus, drink pairings, guest celebrity chefs, and more.

Siempre, J.B.
Siempre, J.B.
Siempre, J.B. opened at UnCommons this month. The dining concept, created by AYYA Hospitality Group, explores the breadth of Mexican cuisine from classic street food—such as flavorful street tacos and smoky elote—to more upscale items like a scallop and uni tostada and wagyu hot stone with homemade chimichurri. The venue has a 100-seat dining room and an 18-seat bar, with large windows that let in natural light during the day, and atmospheric mood lighting and a house DJ at night. Siempre also offers a private dining room, La Guarida, a rustic, earthy space for up to 12 guests.

Atomic Golf
Atomic Golf
Open since March is Atomic Golf, a new entertainment destination offering next-generation golf technology. Sitting on 100,000 square feet steps from the Las Vegas Strip, the venue boasts four distinct floors with 103 separate golfing bays plus The Putting District, which features eight digital putting bays and has space for 375 people. The event-friendly venue also boasts six full-service bars plus the 100-seat Tap Room, which has Bottom’s Up Technology and a collection of locally brewed beers. There's also the 140-capacity Cosmic Lounge and a variety of other flexible event spaces and luxury suites, along with a multiuse Astrocade—which holds 210 people and has floor-to-ceiling, high-definition display screens for sports and entertainment viewing. COMO Poolside Café & Bar
COMO Poolside Café & Bar
In March, Bellagio unveiled COMO Poolside Café & Bar, nestled within the resort’s newly redesigned pool deck (pictured). The vision for the reimagined spaces was brought to life by Las Vegas-based boutique firm Woogmaster Studio in partnership with MGM Resorts International Design Group. The laidback cafe offers all-day Mediterranean-inspired dining along with a lineup of specialty craft cocktails, including a playful “Spritz Tree,” designed to be shared among friends. COMO's main dining area, overlooking Bellagio’s garden, seats up to 150 guests, while a 30-seat bar top beneath a custom-designed cupola offers TVs showing the biggest sporting events of the day. The redesigned pool deck, meanwhile, features an Italian aesthetic with lush greenery, topiary sculptures, cast stone benches, and architectural columns throughout, while custom furnishings and color palettes draw inspiration from grand Palladian villas in Italy.

The Pinky Ring
The Pinky Ring
Global superstar Bruno Mars opened The Pinky Ring cocktail lounge at Bellagio Resort & Casino in February. The space was designed by Mars in collaboration with design studio Yabu Pushelberg; it's meant to evoke an old school Las Vegas penthouse suite. The gold-tinted lounge also includes a specialty bar program and regular live entertainment from renowned musicians and DJs, all curated by Mars himself. One unique twist that furthers the space's ultra-exclusive vibe? Guests aren't permitted to use their phones inside the venue.

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas
The Venetian Resort Las Vegas
The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is celebrating its 25th birthday with a $1.5 billion reinvestment project, being billed as the most expensive hotel renovation in history. The resort’s comprehensive top-to-bottom reimagining touches everything from a rebrand of The Venetian’s iconic lion logo to a redesign of the resort’s suites. Available for stays beginning in September, all 4,000 suites in The Venetian towers, including signature suites, will be completely updated; the new suites are inspired by the traditional ornate costumes of the Venetian Carnival, infusing energy, spirit, and warmth in a contemporary, fresh design. Beyond the accommodations, the redevelopment will include new chef-led culinary concepts to be announced later this year. There's also a fully redesigned sportsbook, and a brand-new poker room that will debut this summer.

As part of the redevelopment, The Venetian Resort also made a commitment to invest $188 million in the renovation of the resort's convention center; key design elements will include an elegant new color palette, luxury lounge spaces for meetings, and new technology. The redesign will begin this summer. And earlier this year, the resort announced the Food Rescue Alliance, a first-of-its-kind program taking surplus fresh food from catered events to be repackaged and provided to individuals in the Las Vegas Valley suffering from food insecurity.

Brasserie B by Bobby Flay
Brasserie B by Bobby Flay
Renowned chef Bobby Flay is bringing French-inspired favorites to his new restaurant inside Caesars Palace. Brasserie B by Bobby Flay opened in early 2024, and offers Flay's signature twist on French cuisine; there's also a beverage program featuring classic brasserie cocktails and martinis, France-focused wines by the glass, and draft beer, bottled beer, and cider. Designed by Olivia Jane Design, the restaurant aims to transport guests to a brasserie in Paris. The façade is reminiscent of a Parisian storefront with a rich, burgundy plaster, while the inside features an L-shaped, 20-seat bar with weathered marble, fluted wood, and zinc accents. The lounge flows into the 175-seat main dining room, which includes a raw bar with a lit canopy plus blown glass chandeliers, cane-backed cafe chairs, and handmade subway tile. A set of folding bistro-style doors divides the space to create a private dining room with an abstract mural ceiling and illuminated wine displays.

Durango Casino & Resort
The new Durango Casino & Resort, which opened in late 2023, has fully unveiled its 25,000 square feet of modern meetings and event spaces, with flexible indoor and outdoor options available year-round. A highlight is the 15,000-square-foot Agave Ballroom, which can be divided into six sections and includes a prefunction foyer. There's also the 2,400-square-foot Lantana Room, which can be divided in half, or the Saguaro and Cactus rooms, which are about 1,200 square feet each. The Sago Boardroom (pictured) seats 12, and all rooms offer state-of-the-art technology and flexible set-up options. On-site dining options, meanwhile, include Nicco’s, which has a 24-seat private dining room; Mijo, which has a 12-seat private dining room and a 48-seat speakeasy; and Summer House, which has an eight-seat private room.
