Led by concept chef Manuel Echeverri, Bazaar Mar’s menu highlights global, top-quality seafood like Open Blue cobia and Ōra King salmon, prepared in a variety of innovative styles that celebrate Spanish flavors and artistic presentations. Designed by Lázaro Rosa-Violán Studio, the 7,428-square-foot venue, which has space for private events, offers a theatrical ambiance with ocean-inspired decor, a surreal mural, and custom seafood artwork, all centered around a vibrant fish display. Adjacent to Bazaar Mar is the new Bar Centro, a multifunctional space that serves coffee and pastries by day and transforms into a cocktail and caviar bar by night.
