10 New Venues in Las Vegas for Summer 2021 Meetings and Events

Take a peek at these buzz-worthy restaurants, hotels, meeting and event spaces and more recently opened in Las Vegas.

Here's a closer look at Las Vegas' newest eateries, drinking spots, hotels, conference areas, private rooms and other spaces available for events this summer. The new and renovated Las Vegas venues are available for corporate parties, weddings, fundraisers, outdoor functions, business dinners, team-building activities, conferences, meetings and more.

A note regarding COVID-19: Some of the venues listed here may not yet be available for hosting events due to COVID-19, or they may be operating at a lower capacity. As venues begin to slowly reopen across North America, we encourage event organizers to contact the venues to verify current capacity restrictions.

Resorts World Las Vegas
Resorts World Las Vegas
Opened in June 2021, Resorts World Las Vegas is the first integrated resort complex to be built on the Las Vegas Strip in more than a decade. The $4.3 billion property features 3,500 guest rooms and suites; a modern gaming floor; more than 40 food and beverage options; nightlife venues; and more features for meetings and events. Through its partnership with Hilton, the development includes the Las Vegas Hilton, Conrad Las Vegas and Crockfords Las Vegas, one of the first U.S. hotels from Hilton’s independent luxury property collection LXR. Located at the north end of the Strip, Resorts World Las Vegas sits across from the 1.4 million-square-foot Las Vegas Convention Center.

Resorts World’s 5,000-capacity theater includes two private lounges, bars and VIP spaces. The concert and entertainment venue is built for A-list concerts as well as conventions and corporate events. International Design Firm Scéno Plus designed the multilevel space, which houses Las Vegas’ largest and tallest performance stage. And everyone has a great view: The furthest seat is just 150 feet from the stage with comfortable seating, unobstructed sightlines and top-end audio with more than 265 L-Acoustics speakers that use L-ISA hyperreal technology.

Stadia Bar
Stadia Bar
Stadia Bar opened at Caesars Palace in June. The new sports-watching destination bar and lounge offers a chichi viewing experience with numerous amenities, large HD TVs and a menu including high-end spirits and cocktails, showcasing spirits brands by athletes and celebrities. The venue features an experiential highball cart for guests to customize their drinks. Global architecture and design firm Rockwell Group designed the 120-seat sports hub, where the flooring is made from recycled basketball courts. There’s an elevated bar as well as VIP leather-wrapped domes, which lend the effect of sitting in a vintage leather football helmet with a private screen. Sports-inspired decor details include net-like chandeliers, sconces that look like deconstructed baseballs and glove-like leather banquettes.

Casa Calavera
Casa Calavera
The Hakkasan Group opened Casa Calavera in March at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. The Mexican culinary and cantina features the main dining room and full-service bar, plus an outdoor patio overlooking the pool area. The strikingly visual space is full of Instagram-ready opportunities, with Mexican tiles, reclaimed wood, calavera skulls, traditional Mexican furniture, posters and bright marigold flowers. The raised dining area and private dining room have a seated capacity of 116. The outdoor patio seats 86. The bar accommodates 30, and two semiprivate outdoor dining areas hold 10 each.

Night + Market Vegas at the Virgin Hotel
Night + Market Vegas at the Virgin Hotel, the Las Vegas outpost of chef Kris Yenbamroong’s popular Thai street food restaurant, adjoins the casino and lobby of the new Virgin property with a bright, lively atmosphere; the eatery opened this spring when the new resort debuted in the former Hard Rock space. The 150-seat restaurant incorporates bright colors and patterns, as well as a dazzling disco ball installation suspended around the perimeter from Avenue Interior Design. A polished chrome bar serves as the high-design venue’s centerpiece.

Virgin Hotels Las Vegas Event Lawn

Who could forget Hard Rock's famous (and infamous) Rehab pool? Virgin Hotels Las Vegas Event Lawn, which took over the former Hard Rock off-strip location this spring, reimagines that Rehab real estate as an ideal place for alfresco events: It now has a 5-acre event lawn. The flat, outdoor turf venue is outfitted with a stage that borders the complex’s pool areas. It will host private events as well as concerts. It also connects to the new indoor event space known as the Manor, which has a max capacity of 300 for receptions.

Nobu Las Vegas
Nobu Las Vegas
World-famous Japanese restaurant chain Nobu first opened in Las Vegas in 1999. Its latest incarnation opened this spring in the Virgin Hotels collection of eateries. The menu includes hot dishes (like black cod with miso or creamy spicy crab); cold dishes (like shiitake salad or vegetable hand rolls); Wagyu beef; and more. For events, Nobu Las Vegas offers private and semiprivate dining rooms (as well as off-site catering).

One Steakhouse
One Steakhouse
At One Steakhouse, brothers David Morton and Michael Morton follow in the footsteps of their father, restaurateur Arnie Morton. Executive chef Patrick Munster’s menu includes steaks (of course), surf and turf, a raw bar and other entrees, as well as indulgent sides like classic onion soup and Rhode Island calamari. Here, the energy from the lively bar lounge flows into the dining room. One upper level is a chic space for gathering with an LED video wall.

Marigold
Marigold
Marigold Restaurant, from Las Vegas-based Gen3 Hospitality, opened with Resorts World in June. The menu includes classic American fare offered in a space inspired by vintage Palm Springs and Vegas. (It also features a sister concept, Goldies, for sweets and grab-n-go breakfast and lunch options.) The menu includes dishes like lobster avocado toast, lobster croquettes, lobster linguine and lobster rolls (yes, that is a lot of lobster), plus over-the-top burgers, indulgent desserts and signature cocktails. In addition to the main dining space with room for 200, Marigold has a bar and two private dining spaces.

Amalfi by Bobby Flay
Amalfi by Bobby Flay
After 16 years at Caesars Palace, chef Bobby Flay has opened his first Italian restaurant, Amalfi by Bobby Flay. The menu is inspired by his travels to Italy and the Amalfi Coast. Dishes on the large menu range from light antipasti to rich pastas. Among the menu’s centerpieces are the fresh fish and seafood display, inspired by coastal Italian markets and staffed by an expert fishmonger, who is available for guest questions. Designed by Olivia Jane Design & Interiors, the design includes natural tones, splashes of greenery, organic fabrics, stone and wood materials. The eatery has four unique spaces: the bar and lounge, the main dining room, the market room and a private dining room. The capacity for an event buyout is approximately 110.
