Here's a closer look at Las Vegas's newest eateries, drinking spots, hotels, conference areas, private rooms and other spaces available for events this spring. The new and renovated Las Vegas venues are available for corporate parties, weddings, fundraisers, outdoor functions, business dinners, team-building activities, conferences, meetings and more.

Crimson in Bloom
Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa is home to the visually stunning pop-up venue Crimson in Bloom, a garden-inspired indoor-outdoor terrace lounge that opened in February. Extravagant florals fill the space, and decor highlights include garden gnomes and table-side rosé carts. To accompany the springtime aura, the venue offers seasonal, Instagram-worthy drinks and floral candies. The 8,887-square-foot indoor space and 10,239-square-foot outdoor space can host up to 150 guests. Full buyouts are available during off-peak times.

Emporium Arcade Bar Las Vegas
Emporium Arcade Bar Las Vegas opened in February at AREA15, the newest art and entertainment district located near the famed strip. Founded in Chicago in 2012, Emporium is known for its classic arcade games, pool tables and pinball, (just to name a few), plus its local craft beer program, cocktail menu and expansive liquor list. The space spans 10,000 square feet across two levels with a capacity of 450 upstairs and 150 downstairs. Full buyouts for larger events can combine both spaces to host a total of 600 guests. Other highlights include substantial branding opportunities on customizable LED monitors throughout the venue and an in-house audiovisual production team.

Virgin Hotels Las Vegas
Virgin Hotels Las Vegas opened off-strip in March with three hotel towers consisting of more than 1,500 rooms. The resort complex boasts over 130,000 square feet of indoor event and meeting space such as a 4,500-seat, state-of-the-art theater and the 24 Oxford showroom for up to 650 guests. The hotel's portfolio also features 5 acres of outdoor space, including a multifunctional event lawn, plus 12 food and beverage venues including Nobu, Todd English’s Olives, Kris Yenbamroong’s Night + Market and many more.

The Park West Fine Art Museum & Gallery
Park West Gallery, the world’s largest art dealer, expanded its international footprint with the opening of The Park West Fine Art Museum & Gallery, a new museum and art gallery at Caesars Palace. The 7,000-square-foot space is located at the Forum Shops and can accommodate as many as 138 guests. The gallery features works from a wide range of artists, including Picasso, Dali and Las Vegas’s own Michael Godard. The gallery also hosts livestreamed art auctions and receptions and showcases nearly 1,000 works daily.

Lucky Penny
Station Casinos recently debuted two new Lucky Penny locations—its popular cafe concept from Palms—including one at Red Rock Casino that opened in February. The menu offers elevated American classics (think grilled cheese pancakes or steak frites) for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 24 hours a day. The indoor space boasts spacious banquettes amid dark wood decor, wall art and mirrors, and the private patio offers a place to dine surrounded by lush greenery overlooking the Sand Bar pool. The 8,263-square-foot venue holds 200 indoors and 250 including the patio.

Sonic Rodeo
Sonic Rodeo is a band rehearsal space that opened in downtown Las Vegas in February and is available for event bookings for up to 100 guests. The 4,000-square-foot space was founded by musicians as a way to provide a creative space and supplies for local and touring musical performers. Inside are four rooms equipped with air-conditioning, powerful public address systems and high-end security available to use as part of a live event or when livestreaming during hybrid and virtual gatherings.

Sickies Garage Burgers & Brews
Sickies Garage Burgers & Brews is a casual restaurant venue that opened minutes away from the Las Vegas strip in September in Town Square; the chain now has seven locations around the U.S. Like the name implies, this place is all about burgers and beers—and the menu includes 50 offerings of each. The decor puts an eclectic spin on an auto body shop with bikes and cars suspended above tables with license plates and street signs adorning the walls. The venue is available for full buyouts with room for 250 guests in the dining room and the patio.

Tailgate Social at Palace Station
Since its opening in November, Tailgate Social at Palace Station has become the ideal destination for sports viewing, with more than 30 high-definition TVs throughout 3,115 square feet of space, an immersive sound system and audiovisual capabilities. The main dining room holds 80 people for receptions; the communal dining room holds 32; and there’s room for 13 at the bar. Full buyouts are available and can accommodate up to 306 in a space adorned with dark woods, leather seating and an array of classic games such as shuffleboard, foosball and more. The elevated bar menu features hickory-smoked baby back ribs, made-to-order guacamole and build-your-own burgers, and can be paired with a cocktail or beer from an extensive list.
