On Wednesday, eight design firms participated in a tabletop design competition sponsored by the metro New York chapter of the International Special Events Society at the BizBash Expo at the Javits Center. The designers created holiday-themed tables with rental items donated by Party Rental Ltd.
Event industry judges named Fourth Wall Events the first place winner for “A Twist on Christmas,” which included a whimsical black-and-white patterned tablecloth, a large red, white, and green floral centerpiece, and mossy accents. Neuman’s Catering won second place for a Halloween-themed setting, and Private Receptions took home the third-place award for a design inspired by Valentine's Day. Here’s a look at all of the entries.
