An espresso drink from Big Poppa Barista

Looking for an upgrade to the drip coffee served at most meetings and conferences? The new company Big Poppa Barista caters espressos, lattes, and Americanos, as well as gourmet teas and hot chocolate. Owner Tim Hildred has worked as a barista in several countries—including Australia and Scotland—and started the company this past summer. He uses Ideal coffee beans to make his drinks and will provide biodegradable cups if reusable mugs are not available. Prices start at around $300 for events and include espresso, gourmet tea, biodegradable cups, and a professional barista. Iced drinks and alcoholic coffee cocktails are also available.
