Together, the newly renovated Coach House, McLean House, and Vaughan Estate at the Estates of Sunnybrookโon 40 acres on the campus of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centreโoffer 17 meeting and dining rooms, suitable for groups of as few as 10 to as many as 200. The venue, relaunched in September following a restoration that included the installation of new carpeting, flooring, washrooms, and additional furnishings, can accommodate conferences, holiday parties, client appreciation events, and teambuilding activitiesโfacilitated by Summit Training & Development on an outdoor high-ropes course.
Built in 1931, the Vaughan Estate is the largest property on the grounds. The estate has two ballrooms and six meeting rooms. The main ballroom holds as many as 200 for receptions, 150 for a seated dinner, and 175 in a theatre-style setup. The Courtyard Ballroom, on the lower level, has access to a patio and holds 175.
McLean House, built in 1928 and overhauled by the Junior League of Toronto in 2009, has four meeting rooms, a library, a mahogany dining room, and a ballroom that holds as many as 80. The Coach House, the smallest of the three properties, can accommodate groups of 40 to 60 on both the main and upper levels of the two-storey building.
Meeting rooms have natural lighting and are furnished in a residential style. Audiovisual equipment is available, and wireless Internet access is complimentary. Free parking is available on site, and the venue's catering team offers a range of menu options for meetings and events.
