MakeLab recently added a new service: D.I.Y.-designed wine glasses. Event guests create their own designs on a tablet—either freehand or using drag-and-drop templates—which are then laser-engraved onto wine glasses, which the guests can use during the event or take home as favors. MakeLab can even adorn the glasses with photos and selfies. Plus, attendees are able to watch the entire process from start to finish.

Little Havana Café’s food truck brings Cuban drinks, snacks, and culture to locations all over the city. A retrofitted 1962 Holiday Rambler trailer, the truck is available for private events with menu items such as signature Cuban espresso, café con leche, teas, iced drinks, and fresh juices, as well as snacks like guava jam and cream cheese pastries, plantain chips, and dulce de leche sandwiched between shortbread cookies and rolled in shredded coconut. Cocktails can be served as well, but hosts need to supply the alcohol. The Little Havana Café truck also provides bistro tables, flowers, and salsa and Cuban music to set a festive mood.

Drink Toronto offers alcohol-centric tours of several Toronto neighborhoods. Participants get to interact with bartenders, sommeliers, owners, and chefs at venues from award-winning restaurants to secret, hidden bars. And, of course, drinks are served at every stop. Pricing starts at $120 per person for a two-and-a-half-hour tour. Planners can work with the company to create private group tours for as many as 10 people.
