Pool season has arrive in Las Vegas, and the Palazzo Las Vegas is attempting to bring the feel of the French Riviera with its Azure pool, complete with new and updated offerings and amenities. The space has lush landscaping, daybeds and lounge chairs, private cabanas, seasonal flowers, and Strip views. The Canyon Ranch SpaClub offers massages in the cabanas, and Wolfgang Puck handles catering.
Menu items include chilled lobster salad with gazpacho sauce and avocado; cured organic salmon with spring vegetables, citrus segments, and olive oil; and flatbread pizza with mozzarella di bufala, tomato, and basil. There is also wine and champagne by the glass, plus magnum bottle service of labels like Dom Perignon, Perrier Jouet Fleur, and Veuve Clicquot. Poolside brunch is available on Sundays.
The Canyon Ranch SpaClub's poolside cabana massages including the signature “Champagne on the Rock” massage, which combines cold stone placement, a menthol foot mask, and a massage with champagne body oil meant to protect the skin from sun damage.
Cabanas can be rented when the club is open Friday through Sunday, with rates the highest on Saturdays. Booking requires either a rental fee and food and beverage minimum or a higher food and beverage minimum with no rental fee. Capacity in each cabana is 10.
