Porsche's Electric Garden Experience

Guests of the 2024 Met Gala were among the first in the world to experience the design of the all-electric Porsche Macan, the official electric vehicle of fashion’s biggest night. Drawing inspiration from the Met Gala "Garden of Time" theme and the Macan's Provence launch color, experiential agency Public School designed an ethereal Electric Garden on Ninth Avenue in partnership with Porsche Cars North America.

The Electric Garden installation was inspired by the convergence of New York’s concrete jungle, the elegance of nature, and the electric future on the horizon. It came to life through dreamlike vignettes that included gardeners, larger-than-life florals, and fashion, all beneath the light of a lavender moon. The Floratorium handled floral design, Lightswitch handled lighting design, and Christian Siriano handled the fashion. State Model Management provided the models, Kelly Becerra Palomino provided hair and makeup, and Production Glue handled permitting and production support.

BÉIS Pit Stop at Stagecoach

During the Stagecoach Festival in late April, attendees could visit the BÉIS Travel Pit Stop, designed by creative agency MKG. The desert oasis was modeled after a stylish gas station—but instead of filling up their vehicles, guests refilled their water bottles in BÉIS-branded "gas pumps"—or opted for something stronger at the attached BÉIS Saloon.

The activation, which was open all three days of the April 26-28 festival, also offered phone charging stations, glam touch-ups, and an IRL shopping experience featuring BÉIS’ festival-approved accessories and luggage that could be shipped directly to attendees' homes.

Studs' Luxury Ear-Piercing Pop-Up

On May 9, Studs debuted Fancy Studs, a luxury ear-piercing pop-up in New York. For two weeks, Fancy Studs offered an elevated piercing experience with a new fine jewelry collection of 14K gold and white gold earrings featuring lab-grown diamonds. The experience was set in a design-forward space, inspired by Roman arcades, that featured a serene spring palette married with Studs’ signature shapes and neon accents.

The Fancy Studs concept drew inspiration from the brand's color palette of mint, moss, and emerald tones. Clean lines and geometric precision dominated the design, while Doric-style columns, scalloped retail displays, and modern archways bridged the gap between traditional and modern aesthetics. Neon accents helped highlight and accentuate the architectural features.
Studs co-founder Lisa Bubbers designed the pop-up in collaboration with Maya Elle Annotti of Familiar Stranger.
