Waterfront eatery Humphreys Restaurant in San Diego debuted a new look and menu earlier this month. Liz Bartell Designs is behind the restaurant’s new decor, which includes a palette of earth tones and glass chandeliers.
The venue features live music nightly, and four private rooms hold as many as 150. An adjacent open-air facility accommodates 1,200 for events, and includes more than 10,000 square feet of event space and a permanent stage.Executive chef Paul Murphy’s updated menu is influenced by global cuisine, and includes offerings such as Australian lamb chops with a rosemary marinade, and pan-roasted scallops with black trumpet mushrooms and asparagus puree.
