With so much water in and around South Florida, one might think that waterfront restaurants are a dime a dozen. But they're not as prevalent as you might think. So when a new restaurant offers enough indoor and outdoor space to seat 300 guests with a casual New American menu, it's worth checking out. Roger's Restaurant & Bar, located right off Biscayne Bay, has an outdoor tiki bar surrounded by banquettes, and even if your event is inside attendees will almost feel the breeze blowing through their hair as they gaze out the floor-to-ceiling windows. —Shari Lynn Rothstein
