VENUE: The East Room Exudes Eclectic Taste

After a year-and-a-half in the making, long-standing Miami Beach restaurant Forge has opened the East Room—its private event and dining facility. Inside this space, you'll find elegant décor not quite the norm for an ocean-side eatery. The room's interior is designed in mahogany wood. Amber and crystal chandeliers hang from the ceiling and furnishings come in subtle colors such as honey and caramel. French doors open to a cozy courtyard, ideal for cocktails alfresco. And let's not forget the food—chef Andrew Marc Rothschild created the menu for the East Room with items such as lobster risotto and gazpacho shots laced with vodka. —Shari Lynn Rothstein
