VENUE: Mall at Millenia Has New Event Space

There's a sexy new martini bar at the Mall at Millenia in Orlando that opened in mid-March called Blue Martini. It's part of a small chain with additional Florida locations in Tampa and Fort Lauderdale. Dim blue lighting creates a sultry feel. The bar is also bathed in blue light, and features a wide variety of liquors. The spacious and well-appointed club seats 280 and has a raised, built-in stage behind the main bar. Numerous sleek, high-gloss high-top tables are scattered throughout the main and back rooms, and can be repositioned for private events. The kitchen serves tapas. Twenty-nine different martinis are featured, and the bar will customize cocktails for events. —Shari Lynn Rothstein
