Michael Mina Comes to South Florida

Having made a name for himself in the Las Vegas and San Francisco restaurant industries, James Beard award-winning chef Michael Mina will now bring his unique culinary style to Aventura with Bourbon Steak. Taking cues from his Stripsteak restaurant in Las Vegas, the new 250-seat eatery, designed by Mina's longtime collaborator Tony Chi, opens this winter at the Fairmont Turnberry Isle Resort & Club and will feature modern American fare. The venue will offer a number of different spaces, including a casual dining space with a neighboring bar, a wine cellar and lounge, a large glamorous dining room with glittering mirrored walls, a "glass box" private dining room, and a tasting room with a private garden.
