Having opened in the Mary Brickell Village during the last week of June, Grimpa Steakhouse is an all-glass, two-story, 10,000-square-foot venue owned by four prominent businessmen from BrazilβMarcio Moreira, Claudio Costa, Rubens Fragoso Filho, and Wilson Borgesβwith Jose Rubio as its general manager in Miami. The restaurant's sleek interior decor offers a view of Miami's financial district. There are two available meeting spaces on the second floor: the 45-seat rotunda becomes a private meeting/dining space by closing off the white curtains that drape from the ceiling, while the 40-seat veranda is a more secluded space, where guests have the option to enter through a private entrance. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire restaurant, and projectors, as well as other meeting equipment, are also available for a fee.
