Hot Cookies Productions, which has been in the cookie business for more than 28 years, has recently broken into the event industry with their new Crispy Critters Heated Display Case Program. The Miami-based company's 13- by 19-inch-tall display-case warmer fits on a buffet table or food station, requires minimal power, and allows guests to easily scoop bite-size cookies into branded bags and or cups. With no refrigeration, no preparation, and no baking required, the easy-clean display case can hold up to four pounds of chocolate chip, white chocolate macadamia, double chocolate chip, or dulce de leche cookies, guaranteed fresh for 120 days. The display case, which can be custom-branded, costs $369 and comes with two 16-pound cases of cookies and 150 serving cups that can also be custom-branded. Hand-delivered refill cookies can be purchased in 16-pound cases at $60 per case.
