Same Place, Different Name

Though he's not even operated his restaurant at Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort for half a year, head chef Michael Blum has decided to leave and is taking the Michael's Kitchen name with him. Kitchen 305 will be the new name of the resort's restaurant, which will be headed by chef Kelly Sheehan and general manager Greg Emersic.
