Fairmont Turnberry Kitchen Now Kosher

On August 28, the Fairmont Turnberry Isle Resort and Club will open its new kosher kitchen. The kitchen will operate in a manner that strictly follows Jewish law, from food inspection by Rabbi Howard Seif, who will oversee its preparation, to offering only glatt kosher meats and cholov yisroel-stamped kosher dairy products.

"Essentially, we'll be able to accommodate a new sector of business, while still delivering the gourmet specialties and outstanding service we're known for at the Fairmont," said Hubert Des Marais, executive chef at the resort.

To further extend the accommodations, the property will also partner with glatt kosher catering specialist Steve Greenseid Catering.
