As the economy continues to wane, the South Florida market relies more heavily upon the revenue generated by tourism. Taking that into consideration, the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau has brought back Miami Spice, a staple during the summer slow season, for winter. Tourists and locals can now enjoy fine dining at many restaurants across the city at a discounted rate from January 12 to February 12.
More than 30 restaurants are involved in the promotion, including North One 10, the Forge, Chef Allen's, the Capital Grille, and the Food Gang, all of which will offer prix fixe three-course menus for lunch and dinner, priced at $23 and $36, respectively.
