With the Special Event trade show taking place at the Miami Beach Convention Center, BiZBashFla and its New York counterpart, BiZBash Media, took advantage of the gathering of top industry professionals and put on two exclusive events.
On Wednesday, the Arena Eagle, a 76-foot yacht docked across from the Fontainebleau Hilton in Miami Beach, was the venue for a unique BiZBash networking event for more than 100 of our biggest supporters.
Frank Clemente and Lynn McGhee of conceptBAIT Inc. decorated the dock in front of the Arena Eagle. The company's signature 15-foot white spandex tubes were topped with palm fronds—illuminated from within, they lit the way to the party. Before stepping aboard, guests had their pictures taken by Book It Entertainment, and the keepsakes were printed right before their eyes.
The Catering Mill whipped up delicious appetizers including crab cakes, billy bi mussel soup, and Thai beef satay. The tasty bites were washed down with wine, IZZE Beverage Company sparkling juices, and mojitos from the Improv .
Cool breezes lured guests to the yacht's top deck, where they lounged and mingled with other industry professionals while enjoying a view of the lights and bustle of Miami Beach.
On Friday night, guests headed to a late-night party at Crobar. By giving the bouncer the password—BiZBash—partygoers gained access to a private mezzanine lounge. An open bar and pumping dance music made it easy for everyone to let loose, network, and have fun well into the wee hours of the morning.
