The Rusty Pelican overhauled its menus to go along with its recent $9 million renovation. The new offerings for private events include a fresh-pulled mozzarella station that allows guests to experience the process of making (and tasting) freshly made cheese. Local heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil, and marinated olives are plated with the finished product.

To celebrate its one-year anniversary, South Beach restaurant Flame Caffe & Grill has introduced several new menu items such as the wild mushroom vol-au-vent appetizer, featuring wild porcini mushrooms sautéed in crushed garlic, herbs, and white wine served in puff pastry and finished with a light mushroom cream sauce and truffle oil. Flame Caffe & Grill is available for private events and buyouts for about 100 people, and also caters.
