Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse

Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse was originally opened in the heart of downtown Nashville in 2016, but as of January 2025, it underwent a remodel that includes bold transformations to the bar, dining room, raw bar, and host stand. The new renovations tie perfectly into the original design highlighting a classic Hollywood and art deco aesthetic by interior designer Corey Rineair. For instance, the horseshoe-shaped bar is set in front of a small stage for live music, with elegant ostrich feather chandeliers, dramatic gold leafing, and pearlized wallpaper. The dining room’s banquettes are accented with crystal chandeliers for a rich dose of glamour, and the former teal paint and old countertops in the space were stripped and replaced with luxe accents of burgundy and black. The remodel also saw a total overhaul of the private event space, the Music City Room. It’s doused with red walls, flooring, and chairs; can host up to 66 guests; and features several glamorous chandeliers and authentic treasures from legendary country music icons like Tammy Wynette, George Jones, and Hank Williams Jr. For more intimate gatherings of 12 guests, there’s the speakeasy, which features a beautiful 200-year-old apothecary cabinet to show off the restaurant's spirits collection. Another space is the Jeff Ruby Room, which can hold up to 16 guests and has a rectangular table, a marble fireplace, and antique Tiffany stained-glass window panels. Full buyouts are available where guests can take over the main dining room, bar, and private event spaces for up to 225 people.

Pont Neuf

Mattie Bush-Martin, owner of Amelia's Flowers, and her husband, Taylor Martin, opened Pont Neuf, a 1,100-square-foot Parisian-themed wine bar and flower shop, in December 2024. At the soiree-centric bar, guests can indulge in a variety of light bites like sourdough bread and olive oil dip and Evie’s hummus and crudité. The main draw at Pont Neuf, however, are the floral-inspired cocktails with favorites including the Midnight at Montmartre with Lillet and cucumber, or the Secret Jardin with elderflower and rosemary, alongside spritzes, wine, and craft beer. The intimate space—named after Paris’ oldest bridge—is the ideal spot for gatherings of up to 45 guests with full buyouts. Parties of 10 or more can also be accommodated with the option to bring a cake. The decor feels like a cozy studio space with exposed brick walls and living room-style seating with a backdrop of fabric flowing from the ceiling in shades of nude, light pink, and orange. One of the most unique areas of the space is the former sage green Amelia’s Flowers Volkswagen truck where guests can pick up premade flower arrangements or build their own bouquets on site.
