Pullman Standard

On January 25, 2023, beloved landmark Cummins Station transformed into a brand new cocktail bar, Pullman Standard. The dishes are equally as delicious with chef RJ Cooper, who was awarded the James Beard Best Chef Mid-Atlantic in 2007. Highlights include the giant pork rind and tots for snacks, rohan duck and red shrimp on sticks, and shareables like dry-aged beef tartare, duck confit tacos, and grilled oysters. For those with a sweet tooth, there’s delicious wasabi pea-mint soft serve and chocolate pudding. This historic space has a private room for events that can seat nine for intimate occasions or up to 16 for receptions. Full buyouts are also available.
