Here's a closer look at Nashville's newest eateries, drinking spots, hotels, conference areas, private rooms, and other spaces available for events this fall. The new and renovated Nashville venues are available for corporate parties, weddings, fundraisers, outdoor functions, business dinners, team-building activities, conferences, meetings, and more.
Hi-Wire Brewing Company

In August, Hi-Wire Brewing Company, an established brewery headquartered in Asheville, N.C., expanded to Nashville's Gulch neighborhood, marking its 11th location. Situated in the bustling South Gulch area, the 5,533-square-foot industrial-style taproom serves as an anchor tenant at Modera Gulch, a mixed-use project by Mill Creek Residential Trust. The space features high ceilings and colorful murals and can host indoor events for up to 250 people. Additionally, there's a spacious covered outdoor patio for up to 50 guests. The Nashville taproom offers a variety of drinks, including 20 Hi-Wire taps, craft cocktails, wine, and nonalcoholic options like kombucha and soda. Guests can enjoy popular snacks such as Kernels Nashville Popcorn and Dot’s Homestyle Pretzels and can bring in their own catering.

The Iberian Pig

The Iberian Pig in the Gulch neighborhood opened its doors in September. Spanning 4,500 square feet, this restaurant was designed by Atlanta’s Smith Hanes Studio. The menu features shareable Spanish-inspired tapas, jamón Ibérico, cheeses, and signature dishes tailored to the Nashville market. The venue offers various spaces for private events, including the main dining area for up to 60 seated guests or 75 for receptions, an intimate dining room accommodating up to 12 guests, and the Conservatoria, seating 40 or hosting 60 standing attendees. There's an enclosed rooftop patio for up to 50 guests or 65 for receptions. Full buyouts are available for up to 275 people.

Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery

Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery made its grand debut in Marathon Village in August. This iconic distillery, which makes Original Tennessee Whiskey and the award-winning Belle Meade Bourbon, offers exclusive event spaces to suit different types of gatherings. The Coopers Club Lounge, spanning 1,067 square feet, is a haven for whiskey enthusiasts, complete with a full bar and cutting-edge audiovisual equipment. It's ideal for 40 seated guests or 65 for receptions. For those looking for a touch of modern rustic charm, the Whiskey Garden, a 1,145-square-foot space adorned with a lush greenery wall and a soaring skylight, can seat 50 guests or host 75 for receptions. The Oak Room is a versatile 3,360-square-foot area catering to larger gatherings, featuring a full bar, flexible layout options, a stage equipped with top-notch audiovisual capabilities, and theatrical lighting. This multifunctional space comfortably seats 120 guests or welcomes 200 for lively receptions. The Rickhouse Room is ideal for intimate dinners for up to 36 seated guests, such as private tasting experiences or hosting small corporate groups. A 100-seat restaurant is also on site, led by chef Joey Ray, who tantalizes taste buds with elevated comfort food infused with Southern charm. Menu highlights include croque madame, soft-shell crab, and sides like fried green tomatoes, deviled eggs, and barbecue carrots.

Joe Muer Seafood

Joe Muer Seafood, a Detroit institution since 1929, debuted in Nashville’s Capitol View neighborhood in August. The 6,000-square-foot restaurant includes a 200-seat dining room, a central bar, two private dining areas (each accommodating up to 40 guests and can be combined for larger gatherings of 80 to 100), and an 80-seat patio. A certified master chef leads the culinary team, offering a menu that features a raw bar and appetizers like Rhode Island-style fried calamari, oysters Rockefeller, and escargots Henri Maire. Entrees include spicy shrimp bottarga, crab-stuffed Atlantic flounder, and Georges Bank sea scallops, as well as prime steaks, poultry, and a variety of shellfish. The space is available for full buyouts of up to 300 guests.

Four Walls Nashville

Four Walls is an exclusive cocktail haven within The Joseph, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Nashville, which officially opened its doors in July. The intimate cocktail bar draws influences from Music City, the American West, and the rich flavors of Italy. Four Walls can host up to 40 seated guests, and it has the capacity to accommodate buyouts for up to 50 revelers. The enticing menu is filled with signature cocktails and delectable shareable snacks, making it a sought-after destination for those who appreciate unique libations and delicious culinary delights.

Harper’s Steakhouse

The 9,000-square-foot Harper’s Steakhouse by Milkshake Concepts opened in August in SoBro's Peabody Plaza. It features globally influenced steaks from Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Private event spaces include the Garden Room, which has an uncovered patio and can seat up to 86 guests or accommodate 130 for receptions, as well as the main dining room, with a capacity for 105 seated guests or 150 standing. The Harper’s Bar can host 84 seated patrons or 130 for receptions. The menu offers starters like beef Wellington potstickers and crispy rock shrimp tempura, and a raw bar with oysters, tiger shrimp, and bigeye tuna sashimi. Steak enthusiasts can enjoy the 48-ounce porterhouse and 30-ounce wagyu tomahawk. Desserts and handcrafted cocktails like the wagyu Old Fashioned and Dirty Politician are available, along with a sommelier-curated wine program and an exclusive house wine in collaboration with Maysara Winery.

St. Vito Focacceria

The vibrant Gulch neighborhood officially welcomed St. Vito Focacceria in May in the former building that housed Colts Chocolates. This restaurant, with beautiful architectural details, features an open concept that offers a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the kitchen. Romantic, low-lit, hunter green-hued lighting accentuates the custom brass lion wallpaper, and the space is adorned with antique mirrors and a gorgeous walnut bar. Chef Michael Hanna's Sfincione pizza and Sicilian-inspired dishes are popular menu highlights, transporting guests to the sun-kissed streets of Sicily. While there isn’t a private dining space, the restaurant can accommodate up to 67 guests for full buyouts.

Gannons Nashville

Gannons Nashville is the brainchild of hospitality veterans Gannon Leary and David Wileman. The restaurant opened inside Courtyard Nashville Downtown near the historic Printer’s Alley in mid-June. Go on a culinary journey with a variety of American dishes alongside Italian and French favorites. Highlights on the menu include fresh oysters, curated cocktails, and more. The entire space can host up to 187 attendees for events. Enjoy craft cocktails at the speakeasy-style bar, along with live music after dinner.
