The Library Hotel is a 60-room boutique hotel just blocks from Grand Central Terminal. The 14th floor has two meeting rooms (called the "Poetry Garden" and "Writer's Den") with delightful outdoor terraces. Together they can host a reception for 100. A first-floor restaurant has a December 1 target open date.
