VENUE: The Ritz Returns to New York

It's been five years since Ritz-Carlton had a New York hotel, and the company's making a triumphant return to the Big Apple with the Ritz-Carlton New York -- Battery Park. The hotel offers more than 13,000 square feet of meeting space, including two gathering spaces, one boardroom and two ballrooms (the larger Ritz-Carlton ballroom is shown here) that can be partitioned into smaller spaces. All the rooms are simple and elegant in the standard large hotel style, with lots of neutral colors and soft light. --Suzanne Ito
