The space is excellent for galas, corporate meetings, film shoots, and other events for up to 18,000 attendees. The campus has two LIRR train stations and ample parking alongside Belmont Park's historic horserace track.
The expansive campus can be used for festivals, movie screenings, and a wide variety of outdoor activations with access to a large, customizable LED plaza screen.
