Somewhere Nowhere was created by El Grupo SN co-founders Sameer Qureshi and Nathan Leong. The dreamy addition to NYC’s nightlife scene debuted in 2020 and has played host to private events of all kinds including birthdays, corporate holiday parties, live musical performances, and more. The massive 5,000-square-foot space designed by Stonehill Taylor is decorated with floral arrangements, gentle neon lights, and other fantastical elements that provide a full, sensory-driven experience. The outdoor rooftop, sparkling pool, and bi-level indoor lounge include themed elements like gnomes and spray-painted murals, turning the space into an urban oasis.
The sound and lighting technology help to seamlessly transition any event from a serious daytime panel to an early-evening team-building activity. The club, which features DNA Illuminations' cutting-edge sound system and colorful lighting, is prepared to host a spectrum of entertainment. The location is also the first club in New York City to use KV2 Audio Speakers for crisp and immersive sounds. Whimsical decor by Let It Be Made 8 and art pieces throughout the space are complemented by lights that follow a deliberate evolution from day to night, ensuring the appearance of each moment is curated.

Somewhere Nowhere has made a splash in NYC by offering a versatile location that can accommodate a multitude of events year-round. During the spring and summer, revelers can break free from the hustle and bustle of the city and bask in the rays at the venue’s stunning rooftop pool. During the fall and winter seasons, eight oversize teardrop-shaped igloos are housed on the roof to offer heated seating even on the coldest evenings. Visitors can enjoy dinner and drinks on plush couches next to faux fireplaces from translucent igloos in the sky.
Somewhere Nowhere is capable of hosting two independent events at the same time, utilizing the unique features of the indoor lounge and the year-round rooftop. If bigger is better, the entire space can be combined to create one large indoor-outdoor event with space for up to 500 guests.
