Occupying an entire city block, Avant Gardner's modular design provides a versatile playground for any type of event. There are three unique indoor-outdoor spaces (The Brooklyn Mirage, The Great Hall, and The Kings Hall) spanning the 80,000 square feet that comprise the venue.
The Brooklyn Mirage
Located in the heart of Avant Gardner, The Brooklyn Mirage is the venue's crown jewel and features a 360-degree wrap-around high wall offering panoramic views of Manhattan. Now in its third iteration, the open-floor outdoor sanctuary underwent an impressive renovation and redesign in 2022 and is now home to the world's largest permanent LED wall installation at 200 feet long and 30 feet high. Displaying visual content at 15k resolution across its 1,000-plus LED panels and roughly 30 million pixels, the grandiose video wall at The Brooklyn Mirage is a breathtaking sight and allows branding opportunities for visual content creators beyond any traditional means.
With a capacity of up to 5,000 guests, The Brooklyn Mirage offers five full-service bars, prime views of the Manhattan skyline, and five various elevation points, including a 270-degree, two-story catwalk and a four-story tower boasting a 360-degree bird's-eye view of East Williamsburg.
The Great Hall
Attached to The Brooklyn Mirage, The Great Hall is Avant Gardner's second largest space with a capacity of up to 3,000 guests. Open year-round, The Great Hall is as raw as it gets: high ceilings, concrete floors, wood-absorbing slats, and exposed beams and brick. Having hosted high-production concerts and gala dinners, The Great Hall provides carte-blanche to create a unique event.
The Kings Hall
Located opposite of The Brooklyn Mirage, The Kings Hall is an intimate domain within the complex. With a coverable skylight, natural sunlight beams in during the day and starlight shimmers in throughout the night, and can accommodate between 500 and 800 guests.
The space is also home to the exclusive Artist Village (100-person capacity), which can be a private bar space utilized for VIP guests or an intimate space for emerging artists and livestreams.
The venue in its entirety is the largest standing-room entertainment complex on the East Coast and produces an average of 500 events per year. Avant Gardner continues to build upon its state-of-the-art facilities year after year with a veteran team of industry professionals at the helm.
