Golf balls, putters and greens, oh my! It must be a teambuilding exercise--just in time for a spring event. Unirec Games has put together a "Build Your Own Miniature Golf Course" program that lets employees bond while building a playable course. Teams solve puzzles to earn "green bucks" for buying materials, then construct and decorate one hole and develop a marketing strategy for it. At the end, all the teams' holes are linked and employees take a trial run through the course.
