
Once the home of the high-flying Pseudo.com, the Pseudo Loft Studios are now open as an event space with a host of high-tech amenities originally installed for the now scaled-back dot-com. The 10,000-square-foot space has full lighting, staging and sound equipment, and its interactive broadband network can webcast live events (a great perk for a meeting or training session you'd like to broadcast to multiple locations, or a flashy party you'd like to show on the Web. The SoHo studio (which has staged a concert for Lenny Kravitz and an interview with Al Gore) can seat 150 or hold 200 for cocktails. —Suzanne Ito
