Caterer Opens Intimate Meeting Space

When Chef & Company owner Jason Apfelbaum updated the look of his catering company’s bustling café space—where he also serves lunch to a Flatiron district business crowd—he added a modern-looking tasting room that is available for small events. The intimate space is behind closed doors in the back of the café and is typically used for menu tastings for the firm’s corporate clients. It’s suitable for business meetings or other events for up to eight people. The chrome dining table is large and sleek, and the seats are supple leather.
