National event marketing firm XA will open its first New York venue, the Xchange, in June. The firm has leased 11,500 square feet inside the Terminal Warehouse on the West Side, with 5,000 square feet of event space. Meyer Davis Studio (who also worked on the meatpacking district’s Vento and the V Bar in the Venetian Hotel, Las Vegas) is designing the raw space, which will offer views of the Hudson River and a 1,600-square-foot outdoor terrace space. And naturally XA can help design and produce events there. —Anna Sekula
