As the weather gets cooler, warm up and entertain corporate groups with a tea tasting at Sanctuary T, a new restaurant and bar in SoHo that specializes in all things tea-related. With a standing capacity of 75, the space can host Japanese tea ceremonies or informative tastings geared toward connoisseurs or casual drinkers. For something a bit stronger, in-house mixologist Benoit Cornet can serve up cocktails like the Earl Grey mar-tea-ni. Off-site tastings and catering from executive chef Kevin Stanton’s menu, featuring items like salmon poached in strawberry tea with organic greens, are also available.
