* INCOMING *

1. OSCARS STAY IN HOLLYWOOD: The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and CIM Group announced Tuesday that the Academy Awards will stay in Hollywood under a new 20-year deal. In a separate agreement, Dolby Laboratories Inc. and CIM announced a 20-year agreement to name the Dolby Theatre—previously known as the Kodak and home of the Oscars since 2002. 2. MET BALL DRAMA: The New York Post says Miuccia Prada has taken a strong role as co-chair of the Costume Institute gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday: "The designer has been quite vocal about details for this year’s soiree, from the invite list to the alcohol served at the event. When Vogue staffers were settling on a beverage sponsor, sources say Prada insisted on an Italian prosecco. The location of the after-party also had to be OK’d by Prada (we hear it’s at clubby Upper East Side restaurant Crown, but that the designer will have no direct dealings with the event)." http://nyp.st/KqjvXg

Yesterday Page Six reported performer Azealia Banks may not have been the first choice: "Sources tell us Nicki Minaj had been invited to do the event, but she never signed a contract, leaving organizers Vogue and Prada hanging as late as last week." http://nyp.st/gwSXyL

3. FACEBOOK I.P.O.: Sources say it will be May 18; the road show of presentations to potential investors starts Monday. Reuters: http://reut.rs/JJH2V6

4. THE QUEEN'S PLANNER: The Telegraph talks to Lady Elizabeth Anson, cousin of the Queen, about her almost 50 years as an event planner, with clients including Mick Jagger and Bill and Hillary Clinton. "I’ve never made a penny," she says. "If a girl wants trumpeters at her wedding, and it’s not in the budget, I find it very hard to say no." On the Queen herself: "She is the most meticulous hostess. She checks every dining-room setting, every flower, every guest bedroom and always chooses her own menu." http://tgr.ph/JyFBdM

5. FOOD FIGHT: Restauranteur Joe Bastianich is making waves with his new memoir, Restaurant Man, which has choice words for the likes of Le Cirque owner Sirio Maccioni and Esquire critic John Mariani. Mariani called him "vile." Page Six: http://nyp.st/JeqW50
