For the opening party for the new Angelo & Maxie's steakhouse at Sixth Avenue and 52nd Street, Berk Communications held a bacchanalian feast. A vast table with salads, grilled vegetables, breads and various antipasti provided by the restaurant dominated the main dining room, and other tables offered piles of bread and cheese and a towering display of seafood.
Parts of the main room also became a makeshift dance floor for a few revelers enjoying the sounds from celebrity DJ Mark Ronson. Other partygoers crowded the outside patio area facing 52nd Street and the restaurant's downstairs rooms, which offered an array of indulgent deserts.
