Just south of the busy streets of Times Square is the office of apparel company Shanghai Jack, which is now offering its 3,800-square-foot loft for small events and meetings. Situated on the 33rd floor of an office building, the open-plan studio features a clean, modern interior designed with environmentally friendly elements like bamboo flooring and nontoxic paint.In addition to the main room is an open kitchen with a breakfast counter and stools, a glass-enclosed office area, and two bathrooms. Windows on the north, west, and south sides of the space look out onto the theater district and the Hudson River, and a back area can be used for storing equipment and other gear. Shanghai Jack is rigged for lighting, sound, and Internet and offers multiple electrical outlets in the floor.
