Since opening in June of last year, Hill Country has become a local favorite for Texas-style barbecue. The restaurant has now added a full-service, off-premise catering division, with its signature dry-rub-style fare, including brisket, ribs, sausage, and other meats (as well as sides like green-bean casserole or macaroni and cheese).
A fun add-on for catered events is the Hill Country Barbecue Trailer—a mobile barbecue pit (available year-round) equipped with multiple smokers, grills, and even a light and sound system. Hill Country can also make entertainment arrangements for events, working with music booker Jack Grace for live rock, country, or blues acts (or a recorded soundtrack). Other services include decor assistance, providing picnic-appropriate gingham tablecloths, china, and even hand-crafted farm-style tables. Events can be catered at locations within the tristate area, including the Hamptons.
